Mozart Capital Partners acquired Champaign Urbana Nursing & Rehab in Urbana, Illinois. The 213-bed skilled nursing facility will be leased to a local operator, Accolade Healthcare, now under new leadership with extensive experience in the state. This represents the first transaction Mozart Capital Partners has closed in the state with plans to further bolster their portfolio within Illinois.
